From the Register Offices’ perspective, 2021 saw developments that affected the Register Offices and their structure, on the one hand, while, on the other hand, more incidents were recorded than ever before – almost 5,000 in total. That is by no means simply grounds for concern, but can also be assessed in a positive light.
